Active Environmental has a professional staff consisting of Licensed Professional Geologists, Certified Professional Geologists, Professional Engineers, Registered Professional Archaeologists, and Architectural Historians. Some of Active Environmental’s services consist of geological/hydrogeological consulting, Section 106 Documentation, Archaeological/Architectural investigations, Underground Storage Tank closures, soil/groundwater remediation system design, emergency response cleanup/management, geophysical investigations, Brownfields redevelopment, air quality sampling, asbestos/lead paint sampling/abatement, and NEPA documentation. Active Environmental was incorporated in October 1998 and began operations in Indianapolis, Indiana on November 1, 1998. Mr. Kim Forster purchased the former Indianapolis office of Geotechnology, Inc. to form Active Environmental Services, Inc.
Active Environmental operates in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Kentucky, and North Carolina. Active Environmental celebrated their 10-year anniversary with a celebration event in Indianapolis, Indiana that included clients, contractors, and family.
